Surgery Latest November 2015

Newsletter January 2016

We are introducing a new initiative to help people find the most appropriate source of help when they book an appointment. Please see our 'Care Navigation' page on the appointments link for more details.

Repeat Prescriptions

If we have agreed that you may have repeat prescriptions for your medication, please order them by telephoning or calling into the surgery after 11:00 or alternatively you can send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Order Online

You can now order repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. Please note that you will need to register for this service with reception.

Please remember - we require 48 working hours to prepare your prescription.

Medication Reviews

We often issue computer prescriptions for more than one month at a time. We do ask you to see a doctor every six months to have your medication reviewed.

Electronic Prescriptions Service

There is a service to provide "electronic prescriptions" This is arranged by your chosen chemist. If you sign up with the chemist for this service they will inform the surgery of your choice. Please be aware some prescriptions including controlled drugs, which are many of the strong painkillers, cannot be electronically sent.
